Please call me as soon as possible if you are unable to come to class.
A one hour notice is required if a student is going to be absent from class and plans on making up the lesson. This one hour notice will enable me to call a student on the waiting list for a makeup class.
A missed class can only be made up with a rescheduled class; there will be no refunds or credits for any missed classes.
Please call to report your absence if it is for that day otherwise you can email prior to an absence. Please make sure you call if you are informing me after 4:00 pm.
A make-up class may be requested at the time the absence is reported, I will add your name to a waiting list and call you when I have an opening. Please keep in mind that I only have openings if I am informed of absences.
There will be no make-up classes available for uninformed absences or “no-shows”.
